About the Role
Aetos is seeking Warehouse Associates to join our high-performing Warehouse and Distribution team supporting Wendy’s, Popeyes, and Marco’s Pizza across New Providence. This is a general utility role. Associates are cross-trained across every warehouse function and assigned daily to whichever workflow the operation requires.

What You’ll Do
Receiving: Unload containers and delivery vehicles, sort inbound freight, put away stock in dry, cooler, and freezer locations, rotate stock to FIFO standards, and report damage or shortages.
Order Picking: Pick and stage store orders accurately against pick lists, wrap and palletize, verify counts and product codes, and support peak and double-pick days.
Delivery Support: Load trucks to the load plan, ride routes as a delivery helper, offload at store locations, and maintain cold-chain integrity in transit.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors, coolers, freezers, and docks; remove trash and pallet debris; keep aisles and exits clear; assist with deep cleans and sanitation for food-safe operations.
Inventory and Admin: Assist with cycle counts and stock takes, record temperature and meter readings, and complete opening and closing checklists.
Equipment: Operate pallet jacks and other non-licensed equipment. Certified Associates may be assigned licensed equipment, but certification does not exempt any Associate from the other duties listed above.
Schedule
Variable shifts across a 7-day operation, Sunday through Saturday, including early mornings from 6:00 AM, Saturdays, and Sundays, as scheduled by management.
Reports To
Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, with day-to-day direction from any member of warehouse management.
