Office Assistant

JOB SUMMARY:
>Performs administrative and Warehouse support activities for multiple supervisors.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
>Managed warehouse administration and customer order processing for both Nassau and Freeport operations.
>Processed invoices, posted inventory transactions, and maintained accurate warehouse records and filing systems.
>Coordinated with foreign suppliers, customs brokers, and internal departments to facilitate the timely clearance of international shipments.
>Reconciled purchase orders against supplier invoices, identified discrepancies, and collaborated with Supply Chain and Inventory teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
>Assisted with inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and warehouse stock management across multiple locations.
>Processed customer credits and ensured accurate order fulfillment and documentation.
>Provided administrative support, including answering calls, preparing meeting minutes, and assisting executive leadership as required.
>Maintained high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, customer service, and accuracy while consistently meeting deadlines.
