The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, preparing items for technicians, and ensuring the smooth flow of tools, parts, and supplies. This role is essential to keeping the Repairs & Maintenance and Construction teams equipped and ready.
Core Responsibilities
- Lift and transport heavy boxes, equipment, and pallets safely.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse shelves, bins, pallets, and storage areas.
- Stage, label, and prepare orders or materials for technician pickup or delivery.
- Support receiving and inventory tasks when needed, including counting and recording items.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and free from clutter or hazards.
- Track and report low-stock or misplaced items to the Inventory team.
- Maintain the proper layout and flow of materials to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with special projects, store openings, and construction material staging.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in warehouse operations (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle physical labor.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
