Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager oversees one or more projects of elevated complexity, with direct responsibility for successful delivery of projects within the Production portfolio. The Construction Project Manager actively collaborates with all project team members, stakeholders, end users and leadership. It is expected that the Construction Project Manager will be on site for all active projects under their responsibility.

Knowledge and Skills

· 5+ years commercial construction project management experience – public works experience is a plus.

· Proficient computer and software skills (MS Word, Excel, and Project) is required.

· Experience in creating and maintaining project budgets and schedules.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this position.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously following company processes, policies, and procedures.

· Ability to communicate RFI’s effectively and manage a RFI log and report to management delays in answering, change order requirements and project delays.

· Ability to manage the purchase log to ensure that all Owner, GC and subcontractor materials and equipment arrive on the project by the required date to ensure an on-time completion.

· Regularly communicate project health (budget, schedule, quality)
