Inventory Clerk

The Inventory Clerk ensures accurate tracking, counting, and organization of all parts, tools, and materials within the warehouse. This role supports the Repairs & Maintenance and Construction teams by maintaining reliable stock levels, preventing shortages, and ensuring all inventory information is updated and precise.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Record, update, and reconcile inventory data within warehouse or ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
  • Organize shelves, bins, and storage areas for easy access and proper labeling.
  • Prepare items for technician pickup or transfer to job sites by ensuring correct quantities.
  • Track serialized equipment, high-value items, and tools to prevent loss or misuse.
  • Work closely with Receiving and Procurement teams to ensure all inventory records remain accurate.
  • Support development projects by pulling materials and verifying availability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve storage efficiency and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and numerical accuracy.
  • Understanding of inventory software or ERP systems (preferred).
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds and manage physical tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
