We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Accounts team as a Filing Clerk. If you are highly organized, enjoy working with documents and records, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
· Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, including invoices, receipts, forms, and other business documents.
· File documents alphabetically, numerically, chronologically, or by subject to ensure easy retrieval.
· Scan and upload physical documents into electronic filing systems and databases.
· Retrieve files and records as requested by team members, ensuring documents are returned to their proper location.
· Create and maintain file labels, archive records for long-term storage, and securely dispose of confidential documents in accordance with company procedures.
· Operate standard office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and shredders.
· Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Accounts department as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or filing role is preferred.

· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency in computer applications and digital filing systems.
· Strong communication and active listening skills.
· Effective time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
