We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team with a wide range of administrative, operational, and organizational tasks. This role requires a professional with a positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to keep projects and processes moving forward.
Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Processing: Enter, update, and verify data across multiple systems with exceptional accuracy and completeness.

Project Support: Manage small projects or assist with components of larger initiatives—coordinating tasks, gathering information, and ensuring follow-through.

Deadline Tracking: Maintain task lists, calendars, reminders, and workflow trackers to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.

Budgeting & Purchasing Support: Assist with budgeting inputs, vendor quotes, purchasing requests, invoice submissions, and tracking expenses.

Documentation & Logs: Create, update, and maintain logs, trackers, spreadsheets, and databases to support ongoing operations.

Administrative Operations: Prepare reports and documents, schedule meetings, organize files, handle email follow-up, and provide general administrative support as needed.

Process Coordination: Help streamline workflows, standardize documents, and uphold organizational procedures.
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support role

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with digital systems/databases

Ability to protect confidential information and work with discretion

Proactive, upbeat, professional demeanor with a consistent customer-service mindset

Experience supporting budgeting, purchasing, or invoicing is a plus
