JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Worker to support our daily warehouse operations in Freeport, Grand Bahama. This is a hands-on, physical role that involves loading/unloading, organizing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and assisting Drivers, Pickers, and Lift Operators to keep our operation running smoothly and safely.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Drivers, Pickers, and Lift Operators with loading and offloading trucks, containers, and deliveries.
- Move freight, stock, and materials within the warehouse manually or using forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Conduct quality checks, identify damaged products, and ensure returns are properly processed.
- Support daily logs, inventory tracking, and annual inventory counts.
- Read work orders and follow instructions to complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Assist the Driver with truck cleaning after final deliveries.
- Perform any other warehouse tasks as assigned by Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License on hand daily
- Must be able to lift medium to large sized boxes/items (this is a physical role)
- Must be able to work in cold/freezing conditions when required
- Must be well-groomed and professional appearance at all times
- Must have good verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to meet assigned deadlines
- Must be reliable, punctual and safety-focused
