Position Overview

We are seeking an additional Maintenance Dispatcher to manage and coordinate repair activity across 27 quick-service restaurants. This role is the central command for all maintenance requests, technician dispatch, prioritization, and escalation.

This is not a call-center or customer service role. This is an operations control role requiring strong judgment, organization, and follow-through.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Ticket Intake & Triage

• Monitor all incoming maintenance requests (email, CMMS, portal)

• Ensure every ticket includes:

  • Store location

  • Asset/equipment

  • Issue description

  • Priority level

• Reject or correct incomplete or duplicate requests

Dispatch & Scheduling

• Assign tickets to the correct technician based on:

  • Trade (HVAC, hot-side, coffee, building)

  • Location / quadrant

  • Current workload

• Reassign stalled tickets

• Coordinate vendor service when internal technicians are unavailable

Priority Management

• Apply priority levels consistently (store-down vs non-urgent)

• Monitor response and completion timelines

• Escalate overdue or critical issues promptly

After-Hours Escalation (Rotational)

• Participate in an on-call rotation for critical store-down emergencies only

• Escalate to on-call technicians when required

• Document all after-hours actions in the system

Quality Control & Closure

• Review completed tickets for:

  • Clear technician notes

  • Photos where required

  • Proper asset tagging

• Close tickets or reopen if work is incomplete

• Identify repeat failures and flag them to management

Communication

• Serve as the single point of contact between:

  • Store managers

  • Technicians

  • Operations leadership

• Enforce “no calls / no texts” policy — all work goes through the system

Reporting & Improvement

• Track trends (repeat failures, problem stores, SLA misses)

• Create and enforce Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning

• Provide weekly summaries to Operations

What You Are NOT Responsible For

• Performing repairs

• Diagnosing complex mechanical issues

• Ordering parts independently

• Managing technician payroll

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in dispatch, operations coordination, facilities, maintenance, or logistics

• Comfortable managing multiple technicians and locations simultaneously

• Strong computer skills (ticketing systems, scheduling tools, email)

• Excellent written communication

• Calm under pressure; able to prioritize quickly

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Experience with CMMS, facilities dispatch, or maintenance ticketing systems is strongly preferred.

The Warehouse Clerk supports daily warehouse operations by organizing materials, maintaining cleanliness, preparing items for technicians, and ensuring the smooth flow of tools, parts, and supplies. This role is essential to keeping the Repairs & Maintenance and Construction teams equipped and ready.

Core Responsibilities

• Lift and transport heavy boxes, equipment, and pallets safely.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
• Organize and maintain warehouse shelves, bins, pallets, and storage areas.
• Stage, label, and prepare orders or materials for technician pickup or delivery.
• Support receiving and inventory tasks when needed, including counting and recording items.

• Track and report low-stock or misplaced items to the Inventory team.
• Maintain the proper layout and flow of materials to ensure efficiency.

The Inventory Clerk ensures accurate tracking, counting, and organization of all parts, tools, and materials within the warehouse. This role supports the Repairs & Maintenance and Construction teams by maintaining reliable stock levels, preventing shortages, and ensuring all inventory information is updated and precise.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and full inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Record, update, and reconcile inventory data within warehouse or ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages, overages, or discrepancies.
• Organize shelves, bins, and storage areas for easy access and proper labeling.
• Prepare items for technician pickup or transfer to job sites by ensuring correct quantities.
• Track serialized equipment, high-value items, and tools to prevent loss or misuse.

• Support development projects by pulling materials and verifying availability.

The R & M Junior Technician is responsible for completing maintenance and repair work assigned by dispatch, as well as the HVAC Manager and R & M Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to service calls from dispatch via email, Corrigo and telephone, in a timely manner.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment under the guidance and instruction of a senior technician and/or Manager.
• Assist with general maintenance of the restaurants as assigned by the R & M Manager (ie. pressure cleaning, steam cleaning, painting etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance on kitchen smallware’s (tomato slicer, onion slicer, can opener, lettuce cutlet etc.) in accordance with a schedule provided by the R & M Manager’s Assistant.
• Assist with pizza oven cleanings as per the weekly schedule.
• Report chronic problems and recurring issues to management, as well as, any issues that are likely to affect store operations.
• Respond to after hour calls from dispatch to assist stores with emergency repairs or maintenance.
• Any other duties assigned by management

Job Description:

We are currently seeking experienced HVAC Technician with experience in either Heating, Ventilation, OR Air Conditioning. You do not need experience in all three. The technician will be required to troubleshoot issues at our restaurants.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Seasoned experience working in commercial, Heating, Ventilation, OR Air Conditioning is required
• EPA certification preferred
• Must pass background screens
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to document work performed and submit it in timely manner on a smart device
• Ability to adhere to all safety procedures
• Knowledge of tool/testing equipment required to perform duties in the HVAC/R service trade

The Repair & Maintenance Manager oversees the Repair and Maintenance Department, ensuring the upkeep of company properties, stores (all brands), equipment, and R&M personnel. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, operational efficiency, and total customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing departmental strategies.

• Read and interpret mechanical, construction, and electrical drawings/manuals.

• Plan and implement contingency strategies to minimize equipment downtime.

• Perform and supervise general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

• Develop long-term capital plans and manage department budget/payroll.

• Lead scheduling, prioritization, and execution of maintenance tasks.

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure systems/equipment are functional.
