Job Summary:
The Repair & Maintenance Manager oversees the Repair and Maintenance Department, ensuring the upkeep of company properties, stores (all brands), equipment, and R&M personnel. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, operational efficiency, and total customer satisfaction. Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to safety, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing departmental strategies.

  • Read and interpret mechanical, construction, and electrical drawings/manuals.

  • Plan and implement contingency strategies to minimize equipment downtime.

  • Perform and supervise general maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

  • Develop long-term capital plans and manage department budget/payroll.

  • Lead scheduling, prioritization, and execution of maintenance tasks.

  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure systems/equipment are functional.

  • Lead, evaluate, and manage maintenance staff; delegate responsibilities.

  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance and service activities.

  • Ensure OSHA and corporate policy compliance.

  • Coordinate with other departments; recruit maintenance personnel.

  • Perform/oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and custodial duties.

  • Respond to emergency maintenance needs; obtain estimates and order parts.

  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • College/University degree or equivalent experience (1–2 years).

  • Restaurant maintenance experience preferred.

  • Clean police record; available for extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

JOB SUMMARY

The R & M Inventory and Purchasing Administrator is responsible for maintaining the inventory software system to ensure that items are received and billed out systematically.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • •Working along with Warehouse Clerk and Purchasing Agent to compile a reorder list to submit for approval.
  • •Retrieve Fishbowl generated purchase orders from Purchasing.
  • •Following up and tracking of outstanding vendor orders.
  • •Systematically receive inventory into Fishbowl software.
  • •Labelling Inventory.
  • •Create and file weekly receiving/report.
  • •Responsible for pulling and charging inventory to stores.
  • •Updating stores on back orders and/or pending parts.
  • •Address and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • •Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
  • •Organize and coordinate quarterly inventory count.
  • •Complete monthly invoicing of department service calls.
  • •Assist Purchasing Agent with ordering for the department as well Projects.
  • •Tracking and monitoring of incoming project shipments.
  • •Coordinate and schedule fleet repairs, maintenance and purchasing of parts.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • •Minimum of two years in inventory & purchasing
