Assists upper management in profitably – operating the restaurant within the practice and procedures established by company operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, sales, maximizing profits and employee development. Essentially, the position requires to assist the General Manager in running the operation and to provide efficient, expedient and courteous service to the customers leading to total customer and Company satisfaction.

Position Details

• Assist in the development and performance management of restaurant crew.
• Continuously strive to meet sales/revenue goals.
• Report and control restaurant inventory through established inventory systems.
• Utilize a preventive maintenance system, ensuring adequate repair of structural defects in Restaurant and its equipment as needed.
• Maintain and submit daily, weekly, period-ending, and special reports as requested.
• Provide direction to employees regarding operational and Company procedural issues and improve morale and productivity within Company.
• Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance
• Expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs – and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
• Uses consistent fair and respectful practices in managing crew & maintenance staff
• Manages staff in a manner which maximizes retention
• Follows progress disciplinary process

Minimum Requirements for Managers

• Experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, labour control, and inventory management.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Willingness to work extended hours, as needed.
• Must possess excellent Customer Service Skills with a commitment to delivering quality service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, etc.

This individual will play a vital role in managing warehouse inventory, operating forklifts, receiving and organizing shipments, and maintaining accurate records using Excel and warehouse management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, load, and unload products.

• Inventory Management: Receive, label, and store incoming shipments; prepare and stage outgoing orders.

• Data Entry & Tracking: Accurately record inventory transactions in Excel and warehouse management systems.

• Stock Audits: Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.

• Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, Procurement Team, and other departments to support operational goals.
